dpdpaudit is an initiative to help Indian companies, websites and apps to understand, navigate and follow the best practices of Digital Personal Data Protection bill 2023. We have deep expertise in this area and our founder is the leader in the space of data protection and consent management. Mr. Sandeep Amar created the first DMP in India, using the Lotame technology and he has been at the forefront of this technology, giving deep analysis of third party cookie data collection by Chrome. He has worked on FLOC, Topics and Protected Audience API – systems proposed by Google as a replacement for third party cookies. Our tech team which created the machine learning system called Inaaj, which we successfully exited, had developed fingerprinting technology for both mobile and PC devices (using device ids and other mechanisms). We used fingerprinting technology to build recommendation systems, for repeat sessions of users. We have also been partners of Piano, which is the largest DMP company in the world. The understanding of this deep tech allows us to consult companies, apps and websites – in order to use data collection, usage and processing as per the advisory of Digital Personal Data Protection bill 2023.
